Delivery and Returns

Delivery Policy

•UK Orders: Free Royal Mail 48 shipping. Processing takes 1-2 business days.

•International Orders: Shipped via DHL or UPS (5-10 business days). Customs duties & taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

•Unclaimed Packages: Orders returned due to non-payment of customs or non-collection are refunded minus a £30 fee.

•Damaged Goods: Report transit damage immediately to hello@odalondon.co.uk.

Returns Policy

•UK Returns: Notify us via hello@odalondon.co.uk within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Approved returns receive a shipping label.

•International Returns: Customers cover return shipping costs. Use a trackable service and declare as “return of goods” to avoid extra charges.

•Conditions for Returns: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with labels. Damaged, used, or late returns will not be accepted.

•Refunds: Processed within 3 working days, appearing in accounts within 5 days. Original delivery and handling fees are non-refundable.
